Mikey's BBQ Safari Goes Big with Big Lemon!

Ingredients:
- Fresh garfish fillets from @thebigfish_fishmarket
- Egg wash
- Flour for coating

- Oil for cooking
- Heat Beads Mini Lump Charcoal
- Fresh salad mix (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion) from @bentonrisefarm

Instructions:
- Dip garfish fillets in an egg wash and coat them with flour seasoned with Spice Origins 'Big Lemon'. BUY NOW
- Fire up your Weber Kettle with Heat Beads Mini Lump Charcoal.
- Cook the fillets in oil for 2 minutes per side on a heated cast iron pan.
- Prepare a salad using fresh produce from Benton Rise Farm and top it with a light sprinkle of Spice Origins 'Habanero' Finishing Salt.
