In the echoing halls of emergency rooms, surrounded by a cacophony of medical advice, the stark contradiction hit me like a thunderclap. Multiple doctors, each offering different perspectives on the medications I should or shouldn't take, left me in a state of confusion. It was in this disorienting moment that the seed of realization was planted: healing begins in the gut.

The journey to health required a profound shift in my understanding of the connection between diet, gut health, and overall well-being. The stark advice from medical professionals spurred me to explore the intricate relationship between my gut and my body's resilience. It became evident that if I could heal my gut, I could, in turn, heal myself. However, I was acutely aware that the path to restoration would be long, given the damage I had unwittingly inflicted upon myself.
